How Does the 65+ Discount Work?
If you are aged 65 or over, simply mention our 65+ Customer Discount when requesting your quotation.
For qualifying work, a 5% discount will be applied in accordance with the terms of the offer.
We have deliberately kept the eligibility straightforward. You do not need to be receiving a particular pension or benefit. The offer is available to qualifying customers aged 65 and over.
Our aim is simply to provide a little additional help towards the cost of maintaining and improving your home and garden.
Can Family Members Enquire on Someone's Behalf?
Yes.
We understand that children, relatives or carers may sometimes help an older family member arrange repairs or improvements to their property.
You are welcome to contact us on behalf of a family member. Please explain that the work is for a customer aged 65 or over when requesting the quotation.
The discount applies to qualifying work carried out at the eligible customer's home and is subject to our offer terms.
